Summary0022886: StaticResources application dependencies
DescriptionCurrently it is possible to define for Static Resources the list of "applications" they are valid for. So for example a module can define some static resources valid for OB3, some other ones valid for Mobile and some other ones valid for both.

With current API it is not possible to define dependencies for Applications.

Steps To ReproduceUse case:
-Define a mobile core application which is the basis for many other mobile applications, this module has static resources
-These other mobile application have also static resources, but when retrieving resources for one of them, also core's resources should be included
Proposed SolutionImplement the capability to declare dependencies for an application.
