Summary0022828: API Change after reverting billing contact feature
DescriptionAfter reverting changeset related to 0022499 (see 0022809) we have removed two columns from the AD_USER table:
* ISBILLINGCONTACT
* ISDEFAULTBILLINGCONTACT

These two columns have been included into 3.0MP19 but they will be removed in 3.0MP19.1 (and higher) creating an API change.

In this case the API change is 100% safe (and necessary) to avoid wrong classification of users based on those flags.
