Summary0022809: Revert fix for feature request /view.php?id=22499
DescriptionThe fix for the feature request 0022499 (included in 3.0MP19) must be reverted because it changes the sending invoices by email process in a way that can be interpreted as a regression for some current users.

Once it has been reverted from Core, we must design a better solution that fits for both the current users and that adds the new functionality defined into 0022499

Fixed bug 22809 Reverted feature request 22499. Reason:
This solution can break current working scenarios, so we need to design a better one
