Steps To Reproduce1. Enable "Reverse Payment " functionality for Payment In window (http://wiki.openbravo.com/wiki/Projects:Reversepayment/User_Manual [^])
2. Access an already processed Payment in and run "Reverse Payment" process
3. Realize that counter payment (in negative) has been created.
4. Access this counter payment and "Reactivate" it. Although does not have sense to reactivate it, user is able to do it. (But if you try to process payment again you will not be able, which leaves payment in an inconsistent status)
Proposed Solution"Reactivate" option should not be showed for reversed payments. Only action available for reversed payment should be to reversed them again,
