0022722: It would be nice to be able to configure Document Sequence in a more flexible way

Description

Currently, if you want to maintain different Document Sequence for each organization you need to duplicate Document Type information creating one document type for each org and one document sequence for each org

Steps To Reproduce

Proposed Solution

Possible approach could be adding a child level to document sequence where applicable orgs can be defined as is done now on header level of the sequence.
