With the next configuration:
-org main
  |--"Org A" store:
        -this store has one payment type related with one Financial Account defined in "Org A"
        -however the cash close event has related one financial account in main.

When you try to do the cash up with one user whose role has only access to "Org A" the cash up fails because this user can not create transacction in the financial account defined in Main organization.
