DescriptionThe document status is taking into account the discounts when it shouldn't.
Steps To ReproduceCreate new sales order with discount.
Create a good shipment from the newly created order. Process it.

Go back to the order and notice that delivered quantity is not 100, because the discount is not delivered.

I am finding the same issue when i complete the sales order using the order/receipt line details. Let me know whether the above fix will resolve the invoice complete percentage also.
