DescriptionCurrently the login offline doesn't work. When the user enters his credentials, the application stays in the "loading phase"
Steps To ReproduceAfter having logged online, disconnect the computer from the server, and attempt to log in offline.

Fixed issue 22401. Login offline works again. Three changes have been made:
- A new library has been added to the manifest
- The warehouses and writableOrganizations now are retrieved from the cached object
- The login flow will continue normally if we are offline (in that case, the customers and orders cannot be sent to the backend, but the login process should continue anyway)
