Steps To ReproduceAs system admin role:
   Add a HQL Where Clause to a tab. Example:
      Tab: Financial Account - Account tab
      HQL Where Clause: e.id <> '075ED4CFB21541998FDB1161FE62D5F6' (Bank Account 2)
As group admin role:
   Check that you do not see the filtered records from the window
   Navigate from other window to one of the filtered records. Example:
      Window: Payment In
      Field: Deposit to: USD - Bank Account 2
   Notice you are able to view it until you refresh the tab.
