Summary0022254: If there is defined a document type for quotations but no prefix, the application cannot login
DescriptionIf you fillin in the "POS Terminal Type" the field "Document type for Quotations" but you leave empty inn the "POS Terminal" window the field "Order Quotation No Prefix" you cannot login in the Web POS aplication.

If you try to login, the message "Loading" appears but it stays there. You only can see in the console window the error: "could not prepare statement (1 no such table: c_order)"

Fixes issue 0022254: If there is defined a document type for quotations but no prefix, the application cannot login
It has been modified the method that calculates the last document number to accept also null prefix
