DescriptionIn Commission window, it should be validated that the organization is of a type that has transactions allowed
Steps To ReproduceAs group admin role:
   Check that F&B International Group organization's type has not Transactions Allowed
   Create a Commission for F&B International Group
   Generate Commission
   Go to Commission Payment window and Create Invoice
   The following error appears:
      "With your current role you don't have write permission."
