Description | Not able to complete Cash Up process [CASb010] Perform a cash up Received the below error: Cash Up Error The cash up process failed to execute successfully. Please contact your system administrator. | ||||
Steps To Reproduce | In the menu button select "Cash up". The step 1 of the cash up window will appear. If there are ticket pendings delete it and tap on "Next". The step 2 will appear. Tap on the green button at the button to confirm the counted amount in all payment types. Tap on "Next". In the amount to keep step select "Nothing" for all payment types and tap on "Next" until it appears the step 4. Verify the Post, print and close report and tap on "Post, print and close" Defect: system throws error as Cash Up Error The cash up process failed to execute successfully. Please contact your system administrator. | ||||
