Description | After successfully updatng the Telephone number for a BP through the POS terminal, the phone number details not getting reflected in the Back end terminal | ||||
Steps To Reproduce | 1) create a customer through POS terminal. Select in the menu the option "Customer" and in the dialog that appears select "New" and enter new data: Name: John Carter Tax ID: 12345 Address: Barcelona Postal Code: 12345 City: Barcelona Tap on "Save". A message saying "Success. Customer John Carter has been saved successfully" will appear. 2) Navigate to OB back end system and verify the above newly created customer appears in the system. Go to the window "Business Partners" and verify that a new customer has been created with the data entered. 3) Then navigate back to POS terminal, and search for the above customer and update the phone number details. Select in the menu the option "Customer" and in the dialog that appears find and select the customer "John Carter" and tap on "Edit". Edit the values: Phone: 12345678 And tap on "Save". A message saying "Success. Customer John Carter has been saved successfully" will appear. 4)Then move back to Back end system and Go to the window "Business Partners" and verify that the new value for "Phone" in the tab "Location/Address" has been changed Defect: updated phone number details not reflected in the back end system. | ||||
