Steps To ReproduceNavigate to the Journal Entries Report window.
Select the checkbox "Show Entry Description" field.
Realize that the description is shown in the column/field "Name".
Proposed SolutionThe Layout of this report must be the one listed below if the "Show Entry Description" field is selected:
