DescriptionCIF/NIF validator does not accept some new NIF formats (for example, the ones which start with a J)
Steps To ReproduceAs group admin role:
   Create a new Business Partner
   On the Tax ID field insert a valid NIF which starts with J
   The following info message appears:
      The introduced Tax ID is neither a valid CIF nor NIF
