Summary0022051: [Reliability] Sales order details become blank
DescriptionIn sales order window, in grid view continuously click Ctrl + I to insert new row.
Then select any one record and edit the record in form view.
After entering the header(BP) details click save and click esc key to move back to grid view.

One can find the sales order record details become blank.

Found this issue in MP13, Mp14, Mp15 as well and also in purchase order window
