Summary0022003: [KS]ALT+SHIFT+ARROWDOWN causes UI to go out of synch in G/L Journal window
DescriptionIn the GL Journal window, if you move from Header to Lines using ALT+SHIFT+ARROWDOWN, the UI goes out of synch: the Lines tab gets highlighted but the focus stays on header.

Chrome 22 + Ubuntu 12.04
Steps To Reproduce1) Navigate to G/L Journal
2) Create a batch
3) Create several header records with 2 or 3 lines each
4) With the mouse, select a header record
5) Press ALT+SHIFT+ARROWDOWN to navigate to Lines. The lines tab is now selected (the orange bar is on Lines).
6) Press arrow down and arrow up. You can see that the focus changes on the header tab.
