Steps To ReproduceAs Group Admin role and Org: F&B España,

   Go to G/L Journal window:
     Create a new register:
         Org: US
         Currency: USD
     Go to Header tab:
         Org: US
         Currency: USD
Realise that the Rate field appears and it should not, because the Currency In the main tab and in the HEader tab are the same. Besides, the Accounting schema currency of the Header tab and the Currency selected in the combobox are the same. As a result of that the 'Rate' field should not appear.

Realise that if you set the EUR currency in the combo box of the Header (not the main/first tab) the 'Rate' field does not appear, because is checking the Currency of the Organization you are logged
