Summary0021968: It is possible to create lines from a draft invoice in goods shipment window
DescriptionIn goods Shipment window, the create lines from pop up allows to choose the invoices that are not completed
Steps To Reproduce1. Create an invoice along with lines and leave it in draft status
2. Create a new goods shipment
3. Click create lines from button
4. Check the invoice drop down
5. It will show the draft invoice that is just created

Also, if there is no lines for the invoice, it is not showed up in the "create lines from" pop up.
