Summary0021929: Default product category not honored in product window
DescriptionIn the product window, the product category should be defaulted based on the default flag on the product category.

Instead the first category in alphabetical order is selected.
Steps To Reproduce1) Define a product category which is not the first in alphabetical list and mark it as default.
2) Create a product; notice that the default is not respected.
