Summary0021896: It would be fine to be able to delete an entry in Commission Payment window
DescriptionIt would be fine to be able to delete an entry in Commission Payment window if it is not associated to any invoice
Steps To ReproduceAs group admin role:
   Create an entry with a line in the Commission window
      Based on Sales Rep. = 'Y'
   Create a new Sales Invoice with the same Sales Representative
   Return to the Commission window and click on the Generate Commissions window
   Go to the Commission Payment window and realize that the registry could not be deleted
