DescriptionThe Active field is not working fine in the Role - Window Access - Tab Access tab
Steps To ReproduceAs group admin role:
   Go to Role window and select a role (F&B International Group Admin)
   Go to the Window Access tab and select a registry (Sales Invoice)
   Check that it is marked as Editable Field and Active
   Go to a Tab Access tab and create a new registry marked as not Editable Field and not Active (Lines - Sales Invoice)
   Log out and log in again
   Notice that the edit button appears but if you click on it the fields appear as read only

Fixes Issue 0021868: Handling inactive fields in Tab Access.

In the tab access tab, inactive feidls were also taken into consideration. Added active filters for the same.
