Summary0021743: The Acct Server Process does not take into account the exchange rate
DescriptionIf you define a rate in the tab 'exchange rate', the acct server process defined for * does not use this info (it use the rate of the currency)
Steps To ReproduceAs admin create a purchase invoice for Spain organization.
Introduce a rate in the exchange rate tab (from EUR to USD)
Wait one minute
Once the invoice will be posted review the journal entry
Realize that the application has used the currency's rate
