Summary0021720: About pop up has a vertical scroll bar that is not accessible by keyboard
DescriptionWhile working in keyboard only mode, I can open the About pop up but I cannot scroll down to see the pop up contents.
Steps To Reproduce1. Login as Openbravo
2. Use Ctrl+H to open the Help menu.
3. Hit Tab to move to About and press Enter
4. The pop up is opened. Use arrow keys and PgUp/PgDown/Home/End etc to try to move the vertical scroll. Nothing happens.
5. Using the mouse, select a line inside the pop up. Now arrow keys and other keys respond.

Code reviewed and verified in pi@8b21ba6947fe.

The scroll now works, and when the Esc key is pressed the popup is closed.
