Summary0021695: Generate Commission button should not be visible for inactive commissions
DescriptionGenerate Commission button should not be visible for inactive commissions. It would be right if inactive commissions were filtered not to be showed when you open the commission window
Steps To ReproduceAs group admin role:
   Go to commission window and create a new record
   Unselect the Active checkbox
   Click on the Generate Commissions button and notice that a new Commission Payment is created

Testing plan:
   As group admin role:
      Go to Commission window and create two records
      Add a line to both of them and complete them
      Mark one of them as inactive
      Close the window and open it again
      Notice that you only see the active one and the window is filtered by a filter called "Actived commissions"
      Click on the funnel icon
      Notice that if you select the inactive record the "Generate Commissions" button dissapears
