| Summary | 0021560: Group admin role can assign system admin roles |
| Description | As group admin role is possible to assign system admin role to any user, using the Role window. A restriction should be added in order to protect the system admin role. |
| Steps To Reproduce | 1) As system admin role, go to the [Initial Client Setup] and create a new client.
2) As group admin role of the new client, go to the [Role] window.
3) Find the System Administrator register and go to the [User Assignment] tab
4) Check that the we are able to add the system admin role to any user |
| Proposed Solution | Add a restriction, for example: show the system level registers in the Role window only if we are logged in as system administrator. |
