DescriptionCallout in combo currency is not running when you write in the combo currency the 3 letters in uppercase.
Steps To ReproduceGo to financial account=Bank account 1 | payment method=wire transfer:
 -Receive payment in multiple currencies=yes
 -Make payments in multiple currencies=yes
Go to payment proposal
 -Create a new record
 -Organization: F&B US, Inc.
 -Paying From: USD - Bank - Account 1
 -Payment Method: wire transfer
 -Currency: write in the combo currency "EUR" (the 3 letters in uppercase)
 -Notice that the field exchange rate = 1 and the configuration of the EUR in this date range is 1.45

Fixes issue 21491: Callout called even when entering the complete list option

If a list option was entered completely using the keyboard (i.e. entering 'EUR' in the steps to reproduce example), the callout was not called because the change was not detected. This is solved by resetting the _value attribute in the function called when a list option is picked.

Please do not include this changeset in MP15 as it causes https://issues.openbravo.com/view.php?id=21654. [^] Both issues should be included together in MP16.
