0021478: Customer list to assign to ticket is empty by default
Since the code refactor this list is empty at first so the user needs to hit the search button first to see customers. This is a regression.
assign a customer to a ticket, note that the first list is empty.
show customer list by default without having to tap search first.

TBD whether this is what we actually want. In case of many BP, a complete list is useless and it can take time/resources to render. This selector works against local DB, but for the ones requesting data to backend, this is not desirable. In any case I think all of them should work in a consistent fashion.

IMO not showing the list by default is the correct choice.

Agree with comment from Asier, no change required, but label No Results should be changed, is a different fix/todo
