Description

When creating an invoice from an order the date of the invoice is not taken into account to select the tax rate. It happens when you create the invoice lines with the "Create Lines From" process

Steps To Reproduce

As Group Admin Role:
   Create a new Tax Rate with the same configuration as Entregas IVA 18%
   Change its Valid From Date to 01-10-2012
   Create a new Sales Order
      Invoice Terms: Inmediate
   Create a new line:
      Product: Agua sin Gas 1L
   Check that the assigned tax is "Entregas IVA 18%"
   Book it
   Create a new Sales Invoice for the same BP
   Change its invoice date to 01-11-2012
   Click on the "Create Lines From" button and select the previous created order line
   Notice that the tax rate of the line is "Entregas IVA 18%" and it should be the previous created Tax Rate
   (If you create a sales invoice with the same date and product from scratch the previous created Tax Rate is selected. The same if you create it from a goods shipment)
