Summary0021406: Costing Background Process blocked by Transactions without cost calculated.
DescriptionAn instance that has not been throught the Migration Process, and has Transactions without Cost Calculated.
A new Costing Rule is created, with a starting date posterior to the date of some transactions.
Therefore, when the Background Process is run, the cost of this transactions will not be calculated and it will fail.
