| Description | When there is a Costing Rule with starting date null it does not take into account other Costing Rules. |
| Steps To Reproduce | Create a Costing Rule with null Starting date.
Create another Costing rule.
Realize that the new one is not used for calculating the Costs of the Transactions. |
