Summary0021393: When starting date is null Costing Server does not use new Costing Rule
DescriptionWhen there is a Costing Rule with starting date null it does not take into account other Costing Rules.
Steps To ReproduceCreate a Costing Rule with null Starting date.
Create another Costing rule.
Realize that the new one is not used for calculating the Costs of the Transactions.
