Summary0021202: Available list of POS terminals and removal of the hardcoded default POS teminal
DescriptionBy default, when going to:

http://xxxxx/openbravo/web/org.openbravo.retail.posterminal/ [^] it goes to the default POS terminal "POS-1"

This should not be hardcoded. The behaviour, when not setting the POS terminal as a parameter in the url, should be for example:

* Just showing an error message saying that the pos terminal parameter is mandatory
* Show a page with the list of available POS terminals with its links.
