Steps:
- Login into English
- Go to Financial management-->Accounting-->Analysis tools-->General account report setup
- Move to Setup tab and fill the mandatory fields
- Move to Category tab and fill the mandatory fields
- Move to Node tab and fill the mandatory fields

- The parent field is editable and updatable. This is wrong

We have tested this bug in the subversion repository and it has just been fixed.

Note that the only supported version of the application is the one in subversion. So it is possible that this was a bug in a previous version that is already fixed.
