DescriptionRTV and RFC: When selecting lines in P&E where price includes taxes the gross price and gross line amount is in negative
Steps To Reproduce1. Go to return to vendor window
2. Click new and fill the mandatory fields. Select a price list that includes taxes
3. Click pick and edit button. Select several lines and edit the quantity
4. when going back to the window notice that the gross price and line gross amount is in negative and this is wrong.

The same happens with Return from customer

Fixed issue 20899.Prices do not need to be negate.QtyReturned is negative.
