Summary0020845: Grid view: Price gross and line gross amount not editable not visible
DescriptionIn sales/purchase orders and sales/purchase invoices the Gross price and line gross amount must not be visible by default in the grid. If someone uses price lists that include taxes then they need to make them visible

In addition to this the fields need to have a read only logic rule. Can only be editable in the grid when the price list includes taxes. This way we avoid that they could be editable when the price list does not include taxes
Steps To Reproduce1. Go to Purchase Order window. Fill the mandatory fields
2. Move to lines in grid view. You should not see the fields "Gross price" nor the "Line gross amount"

The same behaviour for Sales Order, purchase invoice and sales invoice.

Second issue:

Show the fields "Gross price" and "line gross amount" in all these windows. When the price list of the header includes taxes then you should be able to edit them.

When the price list of the header does not include taxes then you shouldn't
