| Description | Wrong behaviour in add transaction and in add payment from transaction windows
In add transaction the buttons are not found in the bottom of the screen.
In add payment from transaction no scroll bar appears when you choose g/l item and can not see the buttons.

| Steps To Reproduce | Add transaction
-Go to Financial account
-Add transaction, notice that the button are not found in the bottom of the screen.
Add payment from transaction
-Go to Financial account
-Add transaction
-Add payment In/out
-Select g/l item in transaction type, notice that no scroll bar appears when you choose g/l item and can not see the buttons.
