Steps To Reproduce. create a new product A
. go to goods shipment window
. create new record:
   new line with product A, qty: -2
. process and post: error is returned:
    There is no cost defined for the product: A
. the record is now: POST ERROR

. go to "open/close period control" window and close this period

. run reset accounting process

the previous goods shipment now is not posted

Due to it's complexity this bug has changed to design defect.

The resolution of this issue requires for all the modules that create new accounting document to define an extension point to be able to handle their accounting dates and their DocBaseType. This is because not every accounting table has dateacct nor c_doctype_id.

Deleting target version because it is a design defect
