0020693: It would be necessary to show a different message when a product has no stock

Description

When the users creates a product for * org level and they do not do any physical inventory, when create a sales order with this product and try to create shipment from orders, the error message is not correct

Steps To Reproduce

As group admin role,
Go to Product window,
Create a new register:
   name: aa
   org: *
Go to Price list window
price list: General sales

Go to sales order window,
create a new register
  org: F&B US
  Business partner: whatever
Lines tab:
   Product: aa
   Order qty: 1
Book it.

Go to Create Shipments from orders
search and find the sales order created before, try to process it.
An error message appears: "Not orders were processed"

A message that inform about that the product selected to a sales order has no stock
