Summary0020536: Heartbeat popup not shown after setting purpose
DescriptionWhen instance pupose is set but heartbeat has not been enabled nor disabled, on next sys admin login heartbeat confirmation popup should be shown but it is not.
Steps To Reproduce-Login as sys admin a fresh instance
-Instance purpose popup is shown -> OK
-Set a purspose
-Heartbeat configuration popup is shown -> OK
-Close the popup clicking on X
-Login as sys admin again
-Heartbeat configuration popup is NOT shown -> FAIL
