0020456: An error appears in Module window

Description

I get the following errors in Module window:
  - When you are in Dependency tab: 'Exception when creating query select e from ModuleDependency as e where ( (( e.module.id = :alias_0 )) and (e.isIncluded='N') ) and e.organization.id in ('0') and e.client.id in ('0')order by e.name, e.name, e.name,e.id'
  - when you are in Include tab: 'Exception when creating query select e from ModuleDependency as e where ( (( e.module.id = :alias_0 )) and (e.isIncluded='Y') ) and e.organization.id in ('0') and e.client.id in ('0')order by e.name, e.name, e.name,e.id'
  - When you are in Tranlation tab: Exception when creating query select e from ModuleTrl as e where ( ( e.module.id = :alias_0 ) ) and e.organization.id in ('0') and e.client.id in ('0')order by e.name,e.id

Steps To Reproduce

Login as System administrator.
Go to Module window. And Select any record.
Go to Dependency, Include and Translation tabs and you will get the errors I said previously.
