Test Plan 1:
Go to Purchase invoice and select an invoice that is completed and its payment is not completed.
Notice that there is no 'Payment out' label in the whole window, and its tabs. Instead of 'Payment out' you can see 'Payment'.
Press Modify Payment Plan button, and notice that there is no 'Payment out' labels.
Go back and press 'Add Payment' button. Notice that in the popup there is no 'Payment out' label.
Test Plan 2:
Go to Sales invoice and select an invoice that is completed and its payment is not completed.
Notice that there is no 'Payment in' label in the whole window, and its tabs. Instead of 'Payment in' you can see 'Payment'.

fixed bug 20405 Delete all Payment In and Payment Out labels and set Payment
this labels are deleted from Sales/Purchase Order and Sales/Purchase invoice
windows.
