| Summary | 0020298: Wrong display logic in Project Phase and Project Task |
| Description | Project Phase should be displayed when it have a Project associated and Project Task should be displayed when it have a Project Phase associated.
But now the two combos are always showing. |
| Steps To Reproduce | -Go to Multiphase Project and create one: name = prueba and business partner Moon Light Restaurants, Co.
-Navigate to project phase create one: name= prueba-phase1
-Navigate to project task create one: name= prueba-task11
-Go to Expense Sheet, create one
-Go to lines and create one
-Without select any project, project phase and project task are display |

Fixed issue 20298 Change display logic in Project Phase and Project Task
Change display logic in Project Phase and Project Task in Expense Sheet
lines, because now this combos have a wrong behaviour.
