Summary0020296: There are no "Alerts" by default in new sample data
DescriptionIn previous sample data there was some alerts by default in "International Group Admin" role.

In new sample data there are no alerts at all (by default)

The fact that there were some alerts was so userful to developers in order to easily test if alerts windows is ok.
Steps To ReproduceLogin as "International Group Admin" and notice that there are not alerts in the navigation bar

One of the defined alerts is: Payment to be paid for Purchase Invoice. This rule by default is active=false, because there is a widget that show the same information.

But if someone wants to activate it in order to have some alerts, the next steps have to be followed:
  Login as 'International Group Admin'
  Go to Alerts window.
  Find 'Payment to be paid for Purchase Invoice' rule. Check active field and save it.
  Now you will be able to see more alerts in the navigation bar.
