The URL it is pointing to has probably been changed. Some widgets are pointing to external sites, so this happens more often. If you go to iGoogle.com and install the Sector Summary, you should be able to find the correct URL via a html inspector.

In general, we must review the current set of widgets that is distributed in our product and see which widgets are still interesting enough to share or need to be replaced by others.
