Summary0020225: Reconciliation header cannot be remove when the status is draft
DescriptionWhen the status of a reconciliation is draft you cannot delete. The problem is that the button Delete from the toolbar is not enabled. It seems this tab was previously a view but not anymore. Now the tab is a regular table
Steps To Reproduce1. Go to financial account window
2. Create a reconciliation header
3. Move to reconciliation tab

Notice the delete button is not enabled
