Summary0020134: Small Notes text field
DescriptionText field for adding new notes is one line height making difficult to write in it. In previous versions (tested in mp8.1) it was higher. See attached screenshots.

The same is happening in HTML text field in User Defined HTML widget
Steps To ReproduceCase 1, Notes:
 -Open any window if form view and insert a note. Notice the text field is small.

Case 2, User Defined HTML:
  -Add a new User Defined HTML and check HTML text field is small.
