| Steps To Reproduce | As admin set as inactive bins with Ale Beer:
EC-0-0-0
EC-1-0-0
WC-0-0-0
Create a POS order (Ale Beer as product) and book it.
Realize that the good shipment created has a inactive bin.
Create a Standard order (Ale Beer as product) and book it.
Create a good shipment using 'Create shipment from order'.
Realize that the good shipment created has a inactive bin.

It has been decided to add a trigger in M_Locator table that triggers when a storage bin is going to be deactivated, not allowing if the storage bin has stock
