Summary0020069: Field and tab of bill of materials hidden in window Product
DescriptionField and tab of bill of materials are hidden in Product window and should be visible when the instance is active.
Steps To ReproduceGo to Product window:
 - Create new product
 - The tab Bill of materials is not active
 - The button Verify BOM is not displayed
 - The field Summary Level is not displayed
 - The field Bill of Materials is not displayed
Proposed SolutionChange the status of the tabs and Fiels to visible

This tab + fields are hidden by configuration script, nothing to do with instance activation.

When you activate the button Verify BOM:
- In the popup of the process you get a message that said you have no permissions (all permissions are active)
- After making ant smartbuild you get blank popup
- After making ant compile.complete the button works correctly

Test Plan:
-Go to product window
-You can see the fields:
  -Bill of materials
  -Summary Level
  -If you check bill of materials and uncheck summary level you can see the button Verify BOM
-You can see the tab Bill of materials
