0019998: It is possible to select the dataset Facturae again and again once you have applied it.

Description

Once you have applied the dataset of the Facturae module, you can select it again and again in Enterprise Module Management window.

Steps To Reproduce

Before install the module Facturae 3.1 version 0.2.5

As group Admin role,
Go to Enterprise Module Management window:
Select Organization * and apply the dataset.

Go to Enterprise Module Management again:
You can select again the dataset, but no data is going to apply.
MEssage:
"Create reference data process not executed. The reference data has been created previously."
