Summary0019912: [Umbrella Issue] Proof-read messages before releasing them
DescriptionLots of error/info messages seem to escape a formal review which results in sloppy texts sometimes with lots of typos and hard to understand. We need to install a formal review process for messages so that this can be avoided.
Steps To ReproduceN/A
Proposed Solution(1) Review all existing messages in the system. Assign one responsible person per functional domain who identifies all messages and lets them review by another person, this could be a (preferably native) product manager. I suggest Greg for English and Patricia for Spanish.
(2) Review all newly-to-be-created messages. This follows the regular peer-review QA process but the final approval must be done by the assigned persons mentioned above. When in doubt, talk to Dmitry.
